2. How is customer access verified?

3. Do I get lifetime access?

We aim to provide long-term access to the bundles. However, we do not guarantee lifetime access due to: • Changes in platform policies or storage limitations • External drive ownership and availability • Life's unpredictability

4. What if my access link stops working in the future?

If your access stops working: 1. Contact us via Email support@digibundles.store 2. Provide your registered email and complete name Once verified, we’ll send you the latest updated access PDF with working links.

5. Can I share the bundle with others?

Yes — you may use the bundle for personal use, client work, or to share within fair limits. However, reselling or redistributing on a large scale is not permitted unless you're an authorized reseller.

6. Will I see other seller names or branding in the folders?

Some bundles may contain folders or files from the original source creators or resellers. This is normal and does not affect your access or usage rights. We are authorized to resell these bundles and provide them to you in their original form to maintain data integrity.

7. Why are the files not on your own drive?

Due to the massive size of the bundles (in TBs), hosting them all on our personal drives is currently not feasible. The products are hosted via reliable third-party drives. Our role is to organize, maintain access, and support our direct customers.

8. I didn’t receive my email or access PDF. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us via WhatsApp with your name and purchase details. We’ll respond promptly to ensure you get what you paid for.
